Do not be put off at the thought of the time that you will have to invest in goal setting. It is just that, an investment, and it will give you healthy returns. Goal setting and planning saves everybody time in the short, medium and long term.
So that is some of the most common reasons why people don’t goal set. The main thing to take in from this session is that without a doubt, goal setting does work!
